	Topa's Last Call Dear Friends and Family, It is with deep sadness to inform you that Topa Tavern & Grill will be closing its doors on Tuesday, June 30. We thank all of our customers who have supported and frequented our restaurant. Like so many other families and small businesses, Topa has fell victim to this extraordinarily devastating recession. If you plan to visit Topa for one last meal before we close, please call to make a reservation. If anyone has purchased gift certificates, please use them by June 30. ------------------ A DREAM COME TRUE... It's hard to put in words how happy we are to have had this wonderful opportunity, yet how sad we are that it must end so soon. There is no doubt in our minds that we succeeded at creating our dream restaurant. Topa became a place where those interested could come to gain a deeper appreciation of food and drink. Our ever-changing menu allowed us to showcase some of the best produce and fish of the season. Our monthly wine and beer dinners allowed us to spread our wings and challenge our palates to create "once in a lifetime" multi-course degustation dinners, while never repeating a single course. Our monthly culinary seminars became a forum to learn about favorite foodstuffs including chocolate, beer, wine, and single malt scotch. Our frequent cooking classes gave us chance to share ideas with some of our most impassioned and curious guests of the restaurant. 	PAST EVENT - Topa's Annual Wine Tasting - Thursday, June 25 Topa is hosting its second annual wine tasting. We will have over 60 wines to sample in a "go at your own pace" format. Go table to table and taste wines from all over the globe, talking with the experts who know the wine best. We will also have tables of food to enjoy throughout the evening. The event will be from 6:30-9 p.m. and tickets will cost $35 in advance and $40 at the door.  Please call Topa for more information or to make a reservation.
	PAST EVENT - Customer Appreciation Week - Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 19 We would like to say thank you for all your support! We have designated this week as our "Customer Appreciation Week". Every table that dines at Topa this week will receive a complimentary dessert.
